“We all know that the positive physical and mental effects of any type of physical activity are countless,” Salem said. “Therefore, we believe that our Residence community should focus on sport as a means of building a positive culture among us which will eventually set individuals up for success among team members of their building communities, reaching as far out as members of their extended community as well.”
Residents can put together a team for any event, as long as there are at least two people representing each gender on the team, and residents can join whenever they like. However, in order to accumulate the most points, it is recommended that residents join the leagues early and compete as often as they can.
